How do your Preserved Roses last So long?

Our Preserved Roses are specially treated with our own sophisticated proprietary solution to ensure their natural appearance lasts for up to a year. This preservation technique ensures our Preserved Roses maintain the look and feel of fresh-cut roses but without any care and attention required. You can rest assure that the process is completely environmentally friendly and no chemicals are used. Our roses are biologically degradable and harmless to children and pets.

Can I design my own Box of Roses?

Yes! All our flower arrangements are customizable! We welcome custom orders. Our team works closely with each client to bring to fruition your own concept of how you would like your own personal special Rose Box to be designed. We can beautifully combine an array of patterns, letters, and symbols with a variation of shades and colors to make your own bespoke Rose Flower Box exactly how you would like it.

Do I have to keep the Roses In a Box?

In order to maintain the optimal appearance of the Preserved Roses, we do not recommend removing them out of their Rose Box. Each Rose Box has been meticulously curated to ensure that the roses do not move out of place, removing the roses may damage them.

How do I care for my Rose Box?

It’s easy! Unlike a normal bunch of roses our exclusive signature line of Preserved Roses do not require watering, a change of vase, pruning of wilting petals or any other time-consuming maintenance. Simply keep the Box of Roses away from direct sunlight and within normal room temperature, and your stylish rose arrangement will retain its elegance and natural beauty for up to 3 years.


Can I schedule a Rose Box delivery for a specific time and date?

Yes! You can choose the exact date you wish for your rose arrangement to be delivered during the ordering process. For customers within Miami Dade & Broward County deliveries are handled by our own personal courier service, this enables us to guarantee delivery within your specified time frame. For customers nationwide delivery time is highly dependent upon the shipping carrier and although we do our best to cater for special requests, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time for every single order.

What is Your Return Policy?

Unfortunately, because each one of our Roses arrangements are made to order specifically for an individual client, we are unable to accept returns.

How long do the Everlasting Roses last and how to give them a longer life?

With proper care, Preserved Roses will last from a 1 year up to 5 years. Please follow these instructions to give them longer life:

  • Avoid putting the box of roses in direct exposure to sunlight.
  • Do not water them.
  • Do not try to remove the roses from the box.
  • Keep them in a room temperature environment, 60-70 degrees is ideal, keep them away from excessive sunlight, heat, or humidity.
  • DO NOT place anything on top of the boxed roses.
  • Dust them off from time to time.
