I placed my order 3 weeks in advance and it still hasn't arrived to the destination on time. I call the company delivering it, and there's no update. There's no way of contacting customer service here that I can find. I spent nearly $500 3 weeks ahead of time for the delivery to be perfect. And, of course, I STILL came across these completely avoidable mishaps. Update: the driver got into a car accident and told nobody about the incident. So, nobody knew about anything until I called. Tatiana was great and helped immensely. The flowers SHOULD get there the same day. This driver just didn't say anything all day. Hopefully, my girlfriend loves the flowers, because they were very expensive. And I paid extra for hand delivery.
